Kabuki Teppanyaki

Wanting to do something a little different for date night, we booked in for Teppanyaki at Kabuki in Brisbane – part of the Stamford Hotel.

When we arrived we were seated at one end of the Teppanyaki station which seated about 10 people. First you had to choose which menu you wanted – our whole table choose Tsubaki which included: Japanese appetiser, prawns, teriyaki chicken with stir fried veg, beef fillet with fried rice and dessert.

Our chef was hysterical – I spent the whole evening in stitches. This place is good for entertainment and getting involved , don’t go if you’re afraid of getting messy! A lot of the games involve the chef flicking food in your direction and I ended up with a fair bit of egg on my face…

Food was good but it’s more about the experience! I highly recommend.
