Having slept like babies, we woke up at the crack of dawn, eager to make the most of everything Qualia had to offer!
First up was breakfast at the long pavilion. I went for my standard favourite and it did not disappoint.
We spent most of the day sunning ourselves poolside, even lunch was delivered straight to our cabana, how indulgent. The main pool is hands down one of the nicest I’ve ever swam in. Huge, virtually empty, perfect water temperature, and those views…
That evening T suggested we drive up to One Tree Hill to watch the sun set before dinner. So we got our glad rags on and set off in our buggy up the big hill. One tree hill is packed full of tourists at sunset, and trying to find a space to park your buggy can be a challenge! We got there just in time, grabbed some cocktails, and took in the beautiful view.
Then we sped back down to Qualia for a fine dining experience at the Long Pavilion restaurant. The food was wonderful, the french waiter was charming, and the wine was very gluggable! I managed to get a couple of snaps of my cauliflower starter and duck main, but they definitely don’t do the food justice.
Thoroughly stuffed and content we hopped into bed, eager to do it all again tomorrow!
